My last post A Maturing Bull Market confirms my forecast for the year. As I explained from January to July inventory would remain low allowing sellers to be on control, and as soon as July hit inventory increased by over 50% thus putting buyers in control of this market.
Prices reached a new high this past quarter which is great for sellers, but there is a lot of competition on the market and to move property, pricing needs to be reasonable and at market value. Buyers have so many choices that properties are sitting longer on the market.
Properties priced right are selling with multiple offers. The three properties I sold this month all had multiple offers.
